It is possible to be kick-a#$ and feminine at the same time:)

you do it quite well too!Adrienne Langelier, MAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13557342659549394877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5222151866215168851.post-19964427721580635122012-08-15T20:46:52.679-05:002012-08-15T20:46:52.679-05:00Yes! I do not want to act like one of the guys in order to be accepted. Brace yourself for my comment...
There are so many levels to this and it extends well beyond sports.
I think society is, in general, confused about what women should try to aspire to. And that started a long time ago. I am grateful for my opportunities to compete, but women are different from men and I think we also should embrace that.Rainahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14118022681297462844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5222151866215168851.post-19219076139876897542012-08-14T15:02:04.642-05:002012-08-14T15:02:04.642-05:00Love this! You are viewing yourself as a professional, and it seems like they aren't as being as respectful of the position. I, too, think it's great that we women can be hard core and pretty at the same time. They aren't mutually exclusive!Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06265175590096078175noreply@blogger.com
